The Position

Headquartered in Spain with locations in Madrid and Riyadh, PUEDATA is extending its market position across Spain. The task is to find a strong and experienced ‘Account Sales Manager‘ in Spain with proven (Account development) skills, focused on midsize and large enterprises, public sector experience will be a plus. Experience and relationships with the Hyperscale Cloud partners and experience in selling AI and data & analytics solutions will be an advantage.


The main responsibility will be to develop and grow existing accounts, but also to bring new customer's on de AI Space.


Primary Responsibilities & Duties

The Account Sales Manager is responsible to grow the business within a well defined ideal customer profile and thrive against key competitors by developing PUEDATA as a strategic partner

He/She will work closely with Partner Sales Organisations (Google Cloud, Databricks, Cloudera, mainly) in order to develop pipeline and create new opportunities in the existing customers

She/he understands the customer value drivers, current challenges, and the positive business outcomes the customers want to achieve

She/he will work with the customer and our technical team to translate the outcomes into required capabilities that can be met by our services and solutions to help them achieve their outcomes.

She/he will be expected to have a good understanding of Keeplers existing customer references and the value PUEDATA has created

Promote and sell offers, solutions and services in line with the development strategy of Keepler and always focuses on value selling

Develops business and account plans for targeted customer base

Development of revenue with bookings on targeted customers accounts

Establish relationships with key stakeholders at a strategic level to identify business challenges and opportunities in order to sell PUEDATA's capability and ROI (‘Value proposition’), which will give customers a strategic and competitive advantage

Overall account management including detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and communication within the team and customer

Maintain high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction

Pipeline management: Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near, mid and long term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.


Professional Requiriments and Experiences

5-8 years years of IT/Cloud / Data sales experience in closing new business and carrying quota in Spain

Previous experience in IT professional services projects related to AI, Data & Analytics

Experience working with Google Cloud, Databricks, in Spain

Demonstrable success in developing large company accounts.

Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Proven track-record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement in IT sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent team player

Comfortable in delivering results

Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, database and higher order capabilities like microservices, analytics, serverless and machine learning

Entrepreneurial mentality
