Is it a free event?
Yes. The assistance is totally free and includes coffee break and lunch.

Do I have to reserve a place?
Yes. You must reserve your place so that we can give you an identification card on the day of the event and do it as soon as possible because places are limited.

If I can’t attend but I am interested in the event, what options do I have?
You have the option to subscribe as a non-attending participant to receive post-event documentation.

Can anyone from my centre or institution come?
Of course! Anyone from your centre interested in learning about the news in training and official ICT certification is welcome.

What should I do if I have registered but in the end I can’t attend?

Can another person come in my place?
Yes, but it is necessary for that person to register for us to identify them on the day of the event and that you notify us so that we can cancel your registration: pueday@pue.es - 93 206 02 49

Do I need to attend the event all day?
No. If you can’t join us all day, you can come to the sessions that interest you the most. Our recommendation is that you attend as many activities as possible in order to take advantage of the opportunity to learn about current ICT academic initiatives and participate in a workshop.

I want to come to the event only to take a certification exam. Do I have to register for PUE DAY?
If you are not going to stay at any of the lectures or workshops, you do not need to register for the PUE DAY. You just have to book your exam.

How can I get there from the airport? And from Atocha station?

Is there parking available at the hotel or nearby?
There is a public parking just below the Hotel that works according to availability. It is not possible to reserve a place. The price per day is € 24.90 + VAT. Per hour: € 3.22 + VAT.

Will I be able to leave my suitcase? Where?
People who are staying at the Hotel can leave their suitcase in the cloakroom located at the Hotel Reception. People who are not staying at the hotel, can leave their coats at the Reception located on the Central floor of Rooms (PC Floor). The Hotel cannot keep bags or electronic equipment in the Cloakrooms.

What is the exact location where the PUE DAY will take place inside the Hotel?
The event will be held in the same location as the previous editions: in the Europe zone of the PC floor (Hall Floor).
Once you arrive at the Hotel you must take the panoramic elevators and go up to the PC floor. You will find Videowalls that will indicate the name of the Event Rooms. You can also ask at the PC floor Reception where they will indicate the location of the reserved room.
