Is it a free event?

Yes. The attendance is totally free and includes coffee break and lunch.

Do I have to reserve a seat?

Yes. You must reserve your place so that you can identify yourself the day of the event and you should do it as soon as possible because the capacity is limited.
All you have to do is sign up indicating the activities you want to attend. You will receive an email with your personalized agenda! If you do not receive it, contact us: educacion@pue.es - 93 206 02 49.

If I can not attend but I am interested in the event, what options do I have?

You have the option to subscribe as a non-attendance participant to receive the post event documentation.

Can anyone from my centre or institution attend?

Sure! Anyone from your centre who’s interested in learning about the latest ICT training and certification is welcome.

What should I do if I have registered but in the end I can not attend?

Please send us an email to educacion@pue.es or call us at 93 206 02 49 to notify us.

Can another person come in my name?

Yes, but it is necessary for that person to sign up so we can identify him or her on the day of the event. Also we need that you notify us to cancel your registration: educacion@pue.es - 93 206 02 49

Do I have to be at the event all day?

No. If you can not join us all day you can still come to the sessions you are interested in. Our recommendation is that you attend as many activities as possible to take advantage of the opportunity to know the current state of the ICT reference academic initiatives and participate in a workshop.

I want to come to the event only to take a certification exam. Do I have to register for PUE DAY?

If you’re not going to attend the presentations or workshops, there’s no need to sign up for PUE DAY. You can just reserve your exam.

Do you provide proof of attendance?

Yes, just ask us the day of the event.

How can I get there from the airport? And from Atocha Station?

Is there a parking available in the hotel or nearby?

There is a public car park just below the Hotel that operates according to availability. It is not possible to reserve a place. The price per day is € 24.90 + VAT and € 3,22 + VAT per hour.

Can I leave my luggage? Where?

People staying at the Hotel can leave their suitcases in the locker at the Hotel Reception. Those who wish to leave their coat without being guests of the hotel can do so at the Reception located in the Central Hall (PC Floor). Please note that the Hotel can not keep bags or electronic equipment in the Wardrobes.

What is the exact location where PUE DAY is held within the Hotel?

The event will be held in the same location as last editions: in the Europa area of the PC floor (Event Rooms Floor).

Once you arrive at the Hotel you must take the panoramic lifts and go up to PC Floor. You will find Videowalls that will indicate the name of the Event Rooms. You can also ask at the Reception of the PC Floor to get indications for the reserved room.
