This initiative allowed <strong>over 90 candidates to take official examinations<\/strong> in Linux, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, VMware and Comptia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.pue.es\/pue-academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/pueday2015r01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-620\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pue.es\/pue-academy\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/pued\/y2\/pueday2015r01.jpg\" alt=\"pueday 2015\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.pue.es\/pue-academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/pueday2015r02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-621\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pue.es\/pue-academy\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/pued\/y2\/pueday2015r02.jpg\" alt=\"pueday2015r02\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>The event was honoured<\/strong> with the <strong>participation of Mr Francisco Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez, President at Fundaci\u00f3n Certiuni, University Certification Platform<\/strong> \u2013 a project promoted by CRUE (Spanish University Rectors\u2019 Conference) and where PUE is the technological partner. Mr Mart\u00ednez underpinned the value and achievements of Certiuni in its mission to bring the benefits of qualifications closer to the university.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We would like to highlight the participation and presence of <strong>Mr Alfonso Luengo, Managing Director of Fundaci\u00f3n Tripartita<\/strong>, and of <strong>Ms Mar\u00eda de los Reyes Zatarain, Director-General of the State Public Employment Service of Spain (SEPE)<\/strong>, who made their point in their opening and closing speeches respectively that training and qualification are a key aspect in the development of Spain, the ICT sector playing a crucial role as a driver of the economy and economic recovery.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.pue.es\/pue-academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/pueday2015r03.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-622 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pue.es\/pue-academy\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/pued\/y2\/pueday2015r03.jpg\" alt=\"pueday2015r03\" width=\"604\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We at PUE would like to give our biggest thank you to the over 900 people who registered for PUE DAY, to all the people who attended our event and to the multinationals whose support and participation contributed to the success of the edition and to achieving its objective: bringing ICT qualification closer to the world of education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The most satisfactory warm welcome received by this edition of PUE DAY encourages us to continue ahead with our commitment to promote qualification and quality training in ICT learning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In its second edition, the meeting organized by PUE was highly attended, receiving the support of the Spanish education and teaching community as well as the commitment of institutions and major multinationals in the ICT sector.
